I’m Linea, a mother of three, and my journey into motherhood began the moment my first son was born. From that point, I immersed myself in learning about his needs and development, and later those of my other children. The most fascinating part of this experience has been watching them grow and evolve.

However, there came a time when I realized I was struggling to keep up with the challenges of motherhood without much support, while also trying to maintain balance in my partnership. This led me to explore different ways to reconnect with myself, my dreams, and my desires. Through this journey, I discovered the incredible value of having a space where you feel truly seen and heard—where you can express your thoughts and emotions freely, without judgment.

This is the kind of space I want to create for you.

I have a degree in Ethnology and have continued my studies in Nonviolent Communication, yoga, meditation, coaching, and personal training.

While this is not therapy, it is a source of support and encouragement to help you on your own path.
